For digital products, there are no shipping costs or waiting times. Customers will receive a download link or access to a digital library immediately after their purchase is complete. If for any reason the download link or access code does not work, customers can contact us for assistance.

In the event that a customer is unhappy with their purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. Customers can return their products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For physical products: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
